Meet & Greet

When you first come into the clinic, our receptionist will welcome you in, make sure you’re comfortable and have you fill out a quick medical history form.

You’ll then meet your dentist, Dr Michael Tam.
Dr Tam will take you back into the treatment room and listen to your needs.

Oral Health Evaluation

Dr Tam will conduct a thorough oral examination of your mouth to see where you stand.

The evaluation will also include digital scans and X-rays to see what’s underneath, and to make a proper diagnosis.

You’ll sit one-on-one with the dentist as he goes over everything he sees from the scans.
You’ll then be given a custom treatment plan. We’ll discuss all of your treatment options, so you’ll know what opportunities are available to you.

Your Options and Q&A

You’ll meet Nita Koirala, one of our Treatment Coordinators.

Nita will detail your financing options to show you that veneers are affordable and within your reach.

Finally, the team will answer any of your remaining questions.
The process takes about 45 minutes from start to finish.

Meet Dr Michael Tam

Dr Michael Tam has over 30 years of experience as a dentist. His main focus is Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry.

Over the years, Dr Tam has transformed over 5,000 smiles. He knows what it takes to match your new teeth to your face and personality. You’ll end up with a new smile that’s uniquely yours.

He understands the importance of listening to his patients. You can be sure that when you’re in Dr Tam’s care, you’ll feel heard. Under his guidance, you’re in charge of your dental journey.

Dr Tam is a graduate of the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He’s also been recognized with a Distinction Award from the NZDA in Continuing Dental Education.

Michael is the father of three beautiful children. When he’s not in the dental studio, he enjoys exercise, music, movies, and fitness training.

But you’ll receive your consultation free of charge! The $550 credit only applies to veneers consultations and cannot be redeemed or used for any other purpose.

What does the initial consultation include

You'll find out if you're a suitable candidate for dental veneers, and they will let you know your treatment options. We encourage patients to talk about their concerns and after your digital scans and X-Ray, you'll chat with our Treatment Coordinator. Together you'll look at the treatment costs, and discuss our range of payment options.

This includes:

A free 3D CT Scan (which also includes X-Ray) to spot any underlying dental issues
A comprehensive treatment plan personalised just for you.

Once you have had your complimentary consultation, there is no obligation whatsoever to go ahead with dental veneer treatment should you feel it is not the right fit for you. We will discuss all the options that are suitable for your individual needs should you wish to explore different alternatives.

Eligibility to receive this complimentary initial consultation offer

You are required to be one of the first 11 patients to request a phone callback by the end of the month (unless agreed otherwise at the Practice's discretion)

Booking your complimentary consultation

All consultations must be booked prior to attending the clinic. You can fill out the online form and we will call you to arrange a time for your booking. Alternatively, you can call us to arrange a booking using the contact details provided on our website.

Prices on our website are not to be seen as a specific quote for treatment

Prices may vary depending on your individual needs and depending on the complexity of your case. We will discuss pricing in your complimentary consultation and give you a quote after we have assessed your needs.

If you can't make it to your appointment

If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please let us know by contacting the clinic. We will also send out a confirmation SMS at least 2 days prior to the appointment date. This helps us to schedule in other patients should you not be able to make it.
